We liaise regularly with Fair Trading and the Land Lease Living Association and have extensive contacts with all major land lease community owners, along with those communities run by sole traders.
ARPRA publishes a range of print and online communications that give members access to relevant and up-to-date information about the Residential Land Lease Community Industry and legal factors affecting homesales.
We specialise in mediation and look to find practical and fast solutions to issues facing our members. ARPRA also contributes to the formation of legislation, and we have the expertise to provide practical and confidential advice on a wide range of land lease community issues, including:
